Outdoor Electrical Box, Waterproof Junction Box with Thermostat and Fan

The outdoor electrical box has been rigorously tested for water and dust resistance. It has been placed outdoors for months, through violent storms, and no water has entered inside. When left on the dusty roadside for a few months, the interior remains clean and dry. This is due to the dust net installed under the bottom of the box.

Regarding the small lock hole, it is not intended for a locking mechanism, but rather a place to screw in reinforcements to ensure the waterproofing of the electrical box. Our products have been designed with safety and durability in mind.

The junction box is constructed using high-quality ABS material, providing excellent impact resistance and electrical insulation. Installation is straightforward, with a removable grill mounting plate and two mounting brackets, allowing users to easily fix the device into the waterproof plastic box. Mounting screws are provided to securely hang the outdoor electrical box on a wall or fence.

Ventilation and heat dissipation are key features of this product. The junction box is equipped with two high-volume 12V fans on either side, along with a 1.77-inch diameter heat sink. A 12V thermostat is also included, which activates the fans when the internal temperature exceeds the start temperature, rapidly removing heat and preventing equipment failure or improper operation. Once the temperature drops to the stop temperature, the fans automatically shut off, extending their service life and reducing electricity costs.

Weatherproofing is a priority, with the outdoor electrical box designed to be rainproof and dustproof. The air outlet is equipped with a rainproof shutter, and the window leaves are tilted downward by 45 degrees, with waterproof strips used in the contact areas. The air inlet at the bottom features two dustproof nets and double-sided tape to prevent dust from entering.

For added safety, the electrical enclosure box is equipped with a simple non-slip buckle to secure the box door, providing waterproof and dustproof protection. Furthermore, the box has reserved lock holes to enable double safety protection.

The external dimensions of the project box are 15.7 "Hx11 "Lx5.9 "W inches, with internal dimensions of 13.8 "Hx10.6 "Lx5.1 "W inches. Smaller size options are also available, measuring 15.7 "H11 "L5.9 "W, 13 "H9.2 "L5.6 "W, and 10.9 "H x 7.4 "L x 5.1 "W.
