The outdoor electrical box is designed with a thermostat and fan, offering robust weatherproofing features. Contrary to the small lock hole, this is not intended for locking; rather, it serves as a mounting point for screws to reinforce the waterproofing of the electrical box.

Our products have undergone rigorous testing for water and dust resistance, ensuring reliable performance even when exposed to the elements for extended periods. Placed outdoors for months, subjected to severe storms, no water has infiltrated the interior. Similarly, when left on a dusty roadside for several months, the inside remains clean and dry. However, it is essential to install the dust net located under the box's bottom.

Constructed with high-quality ABS material, the junction box boasts excellent impact resistance and electrical insulation. The waterproof box comes equipped with a removable grill mounting plate and two mounting brackets, facilitating easy installation. Additionally, the outdoor electrical box includes mounting screws for convenient wall or fence mounting.

To address ventilation and heat dissipation, the junction box is fitted with two high-volume 12V fans on either side and a 1.77-inch diameter heat sink. The 12V thermostat ensures effective temperature management; when the interior temperature exceeds the start threshold, the fans activate to rapidly expel heat, preventing equipment failure or improper operation. Once the temperature drops to the stop level, the fans cease operation, extending their service life and reducing electricity consumption.

The outdoor all-weather electrical box boasts comprehensive weatherproofing features. The air outlet is equipped with a rainproof shutter and built-in dustproof mesh, with the window leaves angled downward by 45 degrees and waterproof strips used in the contact areas. The bottom air inlet is protected by two dustproof nets and a double-sided tape, effectively preventing dust ingress.

For enhanced safety, the electrical enclosure box incorporates a simple non-slip buckle to secure the door, providing waterproof and dustproof protection. Additionally, it features reserved lock holes to offer double-layer safety safeguards.

The external dimensions of the project box are 18.1"Hx 12.5"L x 6.3"W inches, while the internal dimensions are 16.1 "Hx12.2 "Lx5.9 "W inches.
